A Big Thank You to Ms Irene Ng, the PropNex agent whom we have dealt with while renting our property at Villa Marina.

We have found Irene to be extremely professional and helpful during the entire process of renting the above property.  She is humble and patient and we would like to personally thank her for her excellent service and kind assistance, and for going beyond the call of duty.  We are assured that she will follow-up on our calls as soon as she could, regardless of her busy schedule.  We are thankful to have found such an awesome and wonderful agent.

I am in the process of relocating back to my home country, so a million things in the agenda, but I feel the need to take some time and write a review on the support we have had from Irene on our lease in Singapore. Irene was:(i) prompt to understand our needs during the house hunting; (ii) diligent in scheduling appointments; (iii) super helpful while negotiating and preparing the documents, and very knowledgeable about the process; (iv) efficient in liaising with landlord and landlord’s agent; (v) helpful with every question we had during the lease (when repairs were needed, she was prompt to liaise with landlord); (vi) absolutely the best in coordinating the handover, with checklists on the pending items, helpful in finding the professionals needed for handover jobs (when we asked), coordinating and assisting on the day of the handover, and following up on pending items up until the security deposit was released. All this was done by Irene with extreme diligence, confidence, professionalism and cordiality. Nothing else to ask for - and I still owe her a coffee that we ended up not finding the time on our busy schedule to have. Thank You, Irene, for all the support.
